Under the following conditions:
1- If the customer are not happy with the product under any issue. E.g size is not correct.
2- if the product has any defect of any kind. Either from the store or shipping company.
Under these conditions, the customer will be able to return and exchange the product free of charge. As long as the item is still in its original condition, and it hasn’t passed more than 7 days from purchase date.
All you need to do is to contact us via email with the order number and a screenshot of the online invoice. Then we will schedule a date to puck it up from your address.
